
WSA Solutions is excited to announce the launch of the TechCheck “Quick Status” functionality.

Quick Status is embedded into the TechCheck Queue allowing dealerships to easily communicate vehicle status updates to all departments directly from the TechCheck Dashboard/Queue.

Default Status’s are easily accessible.

Statuses can be customized by management.

Can write directly into the status if a custom note is necessary and is not part of the default statuses.

All status changes are recorded and time stamped by employee. They are available to see in the “Quick Status” tab inside of the Notes tab.
